Oct. 30th, 2009 11:51 amJust now, I was turned down, without interview, for crappy job at the UEA library reception desk. Judging by the skills needed, it could be done perfectly well a 16 year old school leaver*.
So all this education stuff... what exactly was the point? I'm now wondering of all the oh-so-looked-down-upon chavs haven't got the right idea - devoting their days, their lives in fact, to drinking stella whilst slumped semi-comatose in front of Sky on the plasma screen.
Shit... I guess it's too much of a habit to break now.
