It's somewhat embarrssing when you have a surplus gig ticket for a band you like and, despite some effort, you can't even give it away! It struck me I could make an effort to feel proud of this fact. But then I'd be acting just like Indie Rock Pete in Diesel Sweeties. I'd rather be embarressed.
Will somebody please take this bloody thing off my hands and go to the gig!
